Two weeks ago tried to start our Buick after eating at a restaurant in town. We had no power.
I called OnStar (push button) in car.
I waited over 30 minutes finally called again to hear they couldn't locate anyone. I knew we had a local towing service but had no idea of the name or number. I asked if they could call local P.D. &;;;;;;;;;;; ask if they had that number in their file.
They call back and said they sent the police over to jump the car and bowed OUT !. Well, the police do not jump the car, due to all the computer functions in cars they do not attempt to jump cars now. BUT they located the number SO I ended up tracking down and calling the towing service. I'm upset because NOW on my app for Onstar and myBuick on my cell it is completely blank when I bring it up !
WHY ? Also the person who assisted was very short and really very little effort to help. Right now I'm really unsure if I want to renew OnStar also the last time I asked directions they never connected to our vehicle, I had to rely on my phone.
I paid $295.00 last April for this service. With no phone app, I question if I still have the service ?

I waited almost 2 hours last night in the cold & told them I need a tow truck it wasn’t my battery. They sent me a car in the dark.
I’m a women by myself in a non working car at night.
My car is still there & I’ve gotta go threw it all again today after I get a ride back. On Star is not worth the money
