Contacted OnStar, and was offered an extra month on to my subscription as restitution. Since then the same problem of misinformation occurred. WTH?

Once again the agents at Onstar has dropped the ball. When asked for instructions from one destination to another, both in Staten Island.

I was sent over the Verrazano Bridge into Brooklyn. It cost $15.oo dollars in unnecessary bridge tolls to turn around an get on the correct route. The agent responsible for this mess, cold hardly enunciate one understandable word. The destination was repeated twice and spelled out.

Still the agent got it wrong. Don't these candidate have to take a screening test and pass a training program? Or are the instructors to blame? Another call and an agent got me on course.

Onstar next year..I Think not. Embarrassing for my passengers, and an unnecessary expense for me .

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $15.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
