OnStar Security Review from Mount Vernon, Ohio
Had my new vehicle just over 1 week and needed OnStar to unlock it. After over an hour OnStar was unable to unlock, after several failed attempts I was transferred to roadside assistance.
I was put on hold for nearly 15 minutes, and when I finally spoke with someone they advised me it would be 44 to 65 minutes. This is totally unacceptable, I stood outside for an hour!
Finally I had to have my wife leave work to unlock car with spare set of keys, she had to take 1/2 day off work!! You only get one opportunity to make a first impression!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
