Worse system ever

I have a Buick 2017, which came with Onstar for 5 years. We then bought my husband a 2022 Chevy. They mixed up the accounts, had his name on my account and then tooks months to fix. When they did, they screwed up hte Buick account and now I lost certain services months earlier than Ishould have. What a fiasco. GM should be disbanded, just for this.

Rude Customer Service worker

I had just called this number (888) 466-****. The lady who answered was very rude from the beginning of the call. She kept asking questions and made it seem like she knew what I was talking about, until I questioned whether this was the right number. I felt very uncomfortable, I wanted to hang up until I clarified who exactly I was speaking with. She then yelled "godd" with such attitude and hung up very disrespectfully. There are nicer ways to go about things. I would rate that lady a negative 1 out of 10 if I got her name.

Idiot customer service people very rude and uncooperative typical GM *** as they only care about GM and not assisting or trying to resolve issues at hand The Govt should have never bailed out these moron should of have let them go out of business and would never again ever purchase support or recommend this compAny to anyone would rather walk or take a bus rather than ever buy a GM product I really hope that this company and there people out out of business hoping to never heard of them again

Your system does not work and I'm getting tired of it

I would like you to fix my system I have took it to a GMC dealer they have checked the antenna they said everyone is having problems so it’s got to be your system I would like to get the thing fixed because that’s the only reason I have got a GMC

Bad service

first you tell people that they need a usb to keep your onstar service then you refuse to send it to people before the shut down of 3G so now i had to sell my chevy and get another car. When i call the dealer they seem to know nothing about it. Screw OnStar and Chevy never again.

Onstar has a broken system has been this way for over a month and they can’t get it fixed

Customers are unable to renew their services to Onstar because their system is broken, Ive been trying to renew for over a month and they are unable to renew my account on Onstar. My account has now expired and they have no idea of how to renew it. Onstar is expensive to have Ill find out what its like not to have it, I Dont have it on my other vehicles and probably wont start it back up.

I am very up set with onstar

I have been charge for service we never approved of and money has been taken out of my account over a year, when I called OnStar,and I asked to speak to a supervisor the young lady I was talking to didn't mute the phone and I heard girl say it's 3 minute to closing I'm not getting on that phone tell her ill call her and 3 business days which was a lie. You can pull up the account by my name Michael Clark 9518 Zelkova Circle Dallas, Texas 75249.I would like to be refunded back 9 months of service I never sign up for.

Onstar will scam you!

I had onstar canceled for 7 months and in those 7 months I was charged as if I had it! I called them over and over and they acted like they didn't have a clue! So I decide to look them up and here to find out there's a large amount of people dealing with what I am! The one operator literally cried while I was on the phone with him! Wtf?!? Do not deal with onstar!

Whatever they tell you get it in writing! Very deceptive, and their billing is fraudulent. I was advised that my data plan was free for 3 months.

Customer service

I tried for 48 minutes to get my credit card off of my onstar account. They keep coming up with they can't do it. I went threw 3 people and none could take it off. I will have to call my credit card company to get the billing to stop. Very sad customer service. Buyer beware.

New cadillac. Just registered. Had a problem with phone and they left us hanging for 30 min

Left us hanging for 30 min so we hung up. Left the car. Tried to call on mobile phone and after going through 2 more agents the call was dropped when I complained. Coincidence?

Billed falsely

I cancelled a free trial of OnStar after buying a car. Just saw today where they snuck a $39.99 bill through my credit card. To get a refund I have to "start a case". Avoid these *** like the plague!

Locked out of car

Awesome service, my 83 year old mother was locked out of her car. The Service was fantastic, young lady that helped my mother was wonderful. She will recommend that all her friends have onstar!! It gives us piece of mind if my mother needs help and we can not get to her. Your service is always a call away I guarantee she will never go without your service. THANK YOU
