OnStar - Unreliable Bait and Switch
It is a good idea when it works, they get you to enroll in the application then change it up so it will not work. The so called "Vehicle locate," the new replacement for the "Family link". Is not half as good as the old application. It doesn't work over half the time. When I called they canceled the best part of the locate vehicle it is mostly worthless. Get a GPS from amazon.com and get it about the same cost and it works much better.
OnStar - Changed my phone # nevr informed me
after contacting onstar blamed me claiming no payment received even though payments are deducted on my charge acct account automatically
OnStar recently changed their location view where it shows a map vs it use to show the the address and city where a car is parked and located. We have children that drive and pay a lot of money each month for this feature. Who ever thought this was a good idea to change this need to loose their jobs, this new feature sucks and it doesn’t help parent like me feel safe a secure that their child has reached their destination. Fix it and fix it quick or we will be looking for another service. This is some BS!!

OnStar - Terrible service borders on dangerous using it
Went to sec championship game in Atlanta. Tried to use onstar on the way and lady couldn’t find Mercedes stadium. Then sent us to a dangerous neighborhood. Tried on the way back tried to take us east toward ocean instead of Birmingham. Garbage!
