OnStar - They hold you on the line for 20 mins to cancel.

Its shoddy service that doesnt do anything for you that your insirance company wont do. Google responds better to voice commands by miles. Its overprices and functions poorly.

No help from OnStar discontinue services now

Had a free trial of OnStar on my older Chevrolet and current Monthly subscriber on my two new Chevrolets and they refused to come to help with a jump start for the older car without paying $76 first.What a scam never use them.

OnStar - Dont do as they say

Called for a tow because of 2 flat tires on passenger side. Alone at night on Dixie hwgy, a 45 minute wait to only call back a second time an was told they had not even disspatched a tow truck so here i am still waiting. A total of an hour an 40 minutes until it arrived. I would do better off with AAA

OnStar - Real bad service and rude
